I'm so dissapointed by the wonga service, I took a loan in Dec 2012 and the agreement was i need to pay ot on the 31st of Jan 2013. I made a payment before the due date i paid R2500 and sent the proof of payment, I was never notified that the money was received, I then paid an outstanding balance of R621 befor the 31st and sent proof of payment again but i was never notified whether it was received, I was shocked to find that wonga has listed me on experian as a bad payer.
I'm so annoyed and i want this to be rectified and cleared, I called yesterday and spoke to Michay and she told that they would update, she was very helpful but i clearly stated to her that once the problem is solrted, i should be notified via email, I'm still waiting. Wonga is so incompetent the advertisment are very misleading.
