I am a current customer of Wonga & have never had any service issues until now. On 28 Jan '13 a debit order went off my bank account for payment due to Wonga. I even received an sms thanking me for my payment. On Tuesday, 29 Jan '13 a consultant phoned me enquiring about when I would be making payment. I explained the above and was told it would be rectified. To date, my account profile still shows the payment outstanding even after I have sent emails and proof of payment to Wonga. No response to date.
