I sent my documents to dematerialise my share certificate with computer-share on the 18/01/2013 and I never received any call or contact from them. I had to call them again February to check if they have received by documents and I spoke to a guy by the name of Bongane and he confirmed they received but still processing the documents and will give me a call within 3 days. I'M STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL EVEN TODAY!!! I tried logging my querry on your website querry block but still no help even today. Can you guys please give me a call and sort this out cause clearly you are operating a spaza shop I can see.
