I hand delivered documents to Computershare and got an acknowledgement which was on the 23rd of Jan 2014. I called today, the 28th of Jan 2014 to see if everything was on track only to find that no documents has been received. The lady on the call center line wanted to know if there is a name on the acknowledgement which i said no or if i can make out the name of the signature which I cannot. Instead of asking me to fax a copy and they would walk downstairs to see whose signature it is, I must sacrifice my time to get to Computershare only to find out who the signature belongs to.
NOW THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL SERVICE!!!
Tried to get through to the complaints line, no answer and no email address provide.
WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS?

I EXPECT SOMEONE TO CALL ME TO ADVISE ME THAT THE DOCUMENTS HAS BEEN FOUND AND THAT THE INSTRUCTION WILL BE COMPLETED AS I HAND DELIVERED THE DOCUMENTS SPECIFICALLY FOR THE REASON OF THIS.
