Im very dissappoint by the way Hollard funeral are handling the claims. I fax all the documents they requested from my side and I call to ask if they received the documents and they confirmed that they received them. Until today on Wednesday no feedback from Hollard and when I call they told me that they didnt receive all the documents but the person who is handling the claim is no informing me of such. When I call to enquire they put down the phone on me and very rude when you ask for clarity. I need to do the preparation but it doesn't look like the claim can be processed soon because every day when I call they tell me a different story and request the same documents that I send through and was confirmed that they received them. They dont give feedback. I advice other people to move away from Hollard because of their bad service during claim time. And their personeel are unproffessional they can't work with clients, they hang up phones even when you try to call them.
