I made an upfront payment for a Tax Clearance Certificate aswell as BEE certificate on the 01 August 2013. It was agreed that they would take 14 days to deliver my documents by courier. I have not received anything from Register on cal and everytime I give them a call to enquire and they here my name, Joe automatically says he's busy. To an extent when I call them i have to use a different name to reach him< everytime I speak to Joe he promises to send my documents same day but I do not receive them. I spend more money calling their office than for the actual service i requested. Last time we spoke on the 16/09/2013 he promised to send an overninght courier 17/09/2013. Today is the 20/09/2013 and the receptionist confirmed that it has not been done yet.
