REACHING A TOTAL DEAD END!!

I November I phoned Computershare regarding shares. A lady told me she cannot help me unless I send certain documents regarding change of details. This will take two weeks to be finalized on their system after receipt. I took the details down exactly as she had told me. Two days later I confirmed with her. On 27th December the docs were sent, arrived at Marshalltown on 29th December 2012, and were signed for. On 14th January, 2013, I phoned Lebo, who claimed they had not received docs yet and that I can phone the next day. I did so, then spoke to an Indian guy who told exactly the same story. On asking to speak to his superior, he put me through to a line that just rang. On18th January I spoke to Sade... she can't help, phone in three days. When asking to speak to a superior again, he "was busy", but she will sort this out and phone me by the end of 18th January. Needless to say she didn't! Today I spoke to Samantha who said my documents were incomplete! I then spoke to Bonga who said that my marriage certificate is fine but they can't read it, please send again!!! I AM EXACTLY WHERE I WAS A MONTH AGO!!!
