On the 4 December 2012 I do contact the Computershare Call Centre (0861100913). Did require the process of selling my shares. The lady assist me that I must complete a form (which she would email me), plus certain documents and my share certificate must be supplied to them. On the 5 th December 2012 I had to call back again, due to the fact that I did not receive the email. After a big fight they did forward the email to us. I did complete the information and sent it via registered mail to Computershare (Tracking Number: RD 715 444 883 ZA - posted on the 10 December 2012). Confirm with the post office that the registered mail was signed for by Computershare on the 12 December 2012. On the 17 January 2013 I did call Computershare _ confirm received documents and take tracking number down again. The back Office will call back. On ythe 21 January 2013 (08H15) call again, Gabby said the supervisor (Rachel Rapella) will call again. Never call back. Call on the 22 January 2013 and talk Suzette. And she is could not find info on system. At 14H18 talk to Terrence again, and he put me through to Rachel (supervisor). Not been able to solve problem and put phone down. Just want my money.
