Delay in payment

On the 05/07/2013 I was contacted by a tracing company with regards to an Unclaimed benefit due to me. I completed all the required documents and sent it through to them. After several months have gone by and I still did not get paid my benefit, I decided to contact Liberty to only find out that the tracing company did not even send through my documents to them. I was asked to resend my documents to Liberty directly, which i did on the 02/12/2013. I followed up with the Liberty on the 03/12/2013 to check if they have received my documents and to find out the turn around time for processing, I was told that it would take between 7-15 working days. I decided that i will give Liberty a call just to check how far in the process is my claim, only to be told today that it would take 30 working days. It is disappointing to be given Contradicting information and no apologies for the delay.
