I went to the bank to activate my internet banking, while there i decided i should extend the my dream policy to R200 for each child .the internet banking limit i said should be R1500.00 . we nodded like she got all i was saying .month end came and the was only R100 for each child deducted .and this month as well .and that not the end of it .she made the internet banking limit R5000.00 which i later changed as they changed features and you could update on line, my question is why should i run to the bank thinking i'm talking to a qualified person while they don't do what you ask??? i'm very disappointed in their service .do i go back and talk to another brick wall???
