Dear standard bank,

i have been a loyal customer for years, but i am now fed up, the point of internet banking is to avoid going into the bank. Period! yet every month I am forced to do so cause of this limit set on my internet profile,

firstly the bank staff refuses to increase my internet banking limit of unknown reasons, yet funds are constantly going in and out of my account.

secondly i have an access account and i was told i cannot increase my daily withdrawl limit??? the consultant said the only way i can get my funds is if i withdraw the money from the teller! I would of thought the bank would promote swiping instead of withdrawing, I guess not!

really disgusted and annoyed, Standard bank standards has dropped so badly
