I am still waiting for your Mrs Arnold to send me my clearance certificate. What exactly is the delay here? You people are very quick to phone thousands of times a month asking idiotic questions when the next payment will be but to send a simple e mail is clearly way above your lawyers intelligence level. I now demand you send me that clearance certificate and please confirm that this account has been closed. I will lose it if I have to pay you any more money because you have not adhered to my request previously about closing this account!!!
