Internet Banking Limit

I have sent Standard Bank a request five times to set my internet banking limit to no avail!! I followed the procedure that I was told to follow and am still waiting for a reply which is supposed to happen 24 hours after a "secure message" was sent. Five weeks later, I'm STILL WAITING! Can someone please contact me with regards to this (if you know how) and SET MY INTERNET BANKING LIMIT! I need to pay accounts and have to actually GO to all the banks because Standard Bank obviously has no CLUE how to phone someone and do what they are asked to do..It's annoying. Seriously annoying!
