I had a problem with taking out a loan with FNB, witch I reported on Hellopeter. FNB Loan Department phoned me and started a new application. Regardless to say they filled it in incorrectly again and didn't even concider the documentation I send them. Such a slept to get a loan of R5000 from your own bank. When I got the call to tell me it was declined this time for a reason that I wasn't permenet employed witch I am for more than 8 years now. I asked them to look into it that they have the wrong information. I waited a day and still no call. I called there complaints department, when I told them they where pethetec and another bank helped me I was received then with attetude. Now this is how your bank helps you. The first chance I get is leaving FNB for another. Beep that!
