Can't even help themselfs

On Monday I requested a loan through FNB call center where Shaheena Moosa helped me. I told her I'm starting a new job next week if she wants the documents of proof of salary, in witch I was told not to worry. Latter on I just got a massage saying is was declined due to affordiblity. No call was made to me to ask for documentation. and found out there computer worked out my income to R10000 less than what i was erning. I spoke to there complaints department on Monday afternoon to a Milinda, witch would sort it out and emailed her my proof of income at the new job. I herd nothing by Tuesday and phoned to witch they had the wrong number (and I'm a fnb client). after the third call on tuesday I was then told for the first time it take up to 2 to 3 working days to sort out a complaint. Today I phoned again, to witch they said a Maggie will phone me, no one did, although they said the did and left a massage, but nothing on my phone. Well when I got hold of Maggie she said it was declined again, but still the had the wrong information. She didn't receive the proof of salary letter from Milinda (witch I emailed again to Maggie). They still have the wrong income and a R5000 deduction???
