Incompetant and Lazy Employees

I have applied for a loan at African Bank on the 19 Sept they told me that the company I work for is not registered in there system and it will take a day or two and the loan will be done. I waited 2weeks and nothing happen my application was still at the Sub Group Creation department then a friend of mine witch also is having problems with African bank sent a e-mail to the ABRIL Consumer Advocates Office they came back to me that same day. I was told to reapply witch I did. Its been almost 3 Weeks now again. I have sent e-mails, called and left massages at the Consumer Advocates, NO REPLEIS, NO RESPOSE FROM ANYONE!!When you call CLIENT SERVISES one person can send e-mail and the next day they cant do that the branch has to. Do they REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY DOING AT AFRICAN BANK!!!
