It's been a week already

I recently bought a new car and need my current vehicles documents that's registered on his name. Since we are in need of these documents URGENTLY you can only e-mail or fax them for the specific query and an automated e-mail says we will be contacted in 3 working days. It's been a week already and two e-mails later and phone calls and I have received NO feedback.
