The MOST SHOKING service ever!!

I went to FNB Florida on 7/9/2013 to open bank acc as I wanted to change Beep Banks to FNB.
Had all my documents with me (payslip, 3 months bank statements, id document, proof of address and proof of employment) and consulted with Natalie Desa.
As per the MISLEADING FNB ADVERTS I was informed that FNB will change all my debit orders and salary payments from Beep Bank to FNB.
Whilst at the bank I decided to apply for loan to consolidate my other loan accounts.
I was informed to forward the Settlement quotes from Beep bank as soon as possible to FNB LOANS Dep.
After 2 hours having signed the loan contract and the rest of the documents I left the bank thinking that as per FNB adverts, everything will now be taken care of in 3 to 5 days.

On Monday 9th I faxed all the quotes to FNB Loans dep.

On Thursday 12th I started getting concerned and decided to contact the loans dep to enquire about the progress on my application. I was then informed that they have not received any of my documents. After trying for more than an hour to find Natalie Desa, I was informed that my documents was send to Glumin Mafungo who never too the time to look at my documents.
