I had an account with First National Bank about 8 years back, i had a loan with them witch was paid up according to my knowledge about six years back. i got a call from a so called dept collector in Cape Town that collects money for First National Bank. on taking the call i tried to explain to the lady that the dept was settled by my husband now my x husband she basically didn't't give me the time of day and laugh in my face i asked for her supervisor she just carried on laughing on witch i dropped the call. its been so many years and i only year form them now i'm placed on ITC witch state i haven't paid in the last nine months. for such a big bank the way of treating their old customers are pathetic. i am currently banking with ABSA for the last 7 years with no problem.
