BEING A CLIENT OF FNB FOR OVER 20 YEARS, HAVING A PLAT CHEQUE CARD AND A CREDIT CARD DOES NOT GUARANTEE FNB LOOKS AT YOU AS AN INDIVIDUAL CLIENT.APPLYING FOR A HOME LOAN IT WAS DECLINED DUE TO CREDIT HISTORY OF MY SPOUSE BUT BEEP BANK AND ANOTHER HOME LOAN COMPANY CALLED TO STATE THEY COULD MOTIVATE SHOULD I BE INTERESTED DUE TO ME BEING THE PRINCIPAL DEBTOR ETC. I CALLED FNB HOME LOANS DIVISIONS TWICE LEFT A MESSAGE AND EMAILED, I GUESS NOBODY THOUGHT I WAS IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO REPLY. FNB ASKS HOW CAN WE HELP U, HERE'S HOW STOP PAYING STEVE TO GET THE CLIENTS, USE THE MONEY TO LOOK AFTER THE ONES YOU HAVE, THAT'S YOU BIGGEST MARKETING TOOL. ITS NICE TO SWITCH BUT FNB DOESN'T SEEM TO DELIVER ON THE SERVICE, I KNOW THE REPLY TO THIS, DEAR MAM SOMEONE IS ATTENDING TO THIS AND WILL CALL U DONT BOTHER I WILL BE ON LINE WITH BEEP BANK, WAITED LOOK ENOUGH FOR FNB TO RESPOND.
