I received a call from one of the call centre agents and I asked her what to do if I want a settlement letter she said I can request it from the branch I go to the branch they tell me I need to request it from the call centre, I'm not happy with at all as this is my credit record that they are messing around with, I'm happy that I'm going to paying the loan so that I will not have to deal with Nedbank again
