I took a personal loan with Nedbank in March to build a house.i have been making payment for the past three months.i go to apply for a credit card and it shows that nedbank has blocked me because apparently i did not make payment. I called the call centre several times to clear this (reference number 8683398). They tell me nonsense that it will be cleared after 21 days!! I have received no communication from Nedbank, i have my bank statement and it shows that i have been paying. Nedbank clear this because it giving me a bad credit record for one stupid loan which i am paying for!
