Settlement Lette

I requested a settlement letter from the loans department on January 14, 2013 and after two days when I did not receive it, I was informed that they need a ref number of the call I made, which was quite surprising because it implied that it might not have been done. I made the same mistake i made last year and did not take the ref number because i trusted Nedbank with my finance, now after 48 hours, i get an email with a letter stating

Dear MR

Thank you for applying for a Personal Loan from Nedbank.
We are pleased to inform you that your loan request has been approved pursuant to a credit assessment based on the quotation accepted
by you and that the loan has been paid out as follows:

and then it staes the initial loan and the mount i was approved for and the installment due from Feb 1, 2013 till Feb 1, 2014.

I NEED A LETTER THAT STATES THE SETTLEMENT AMOUNT I WOULD NEED TO PAY AS I WANT TO PAY ALL OF IT AND CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AS I DO NOT FEEL I NEED TO WORK WITH NEDBANK ANYMORE
