Trying to switch to FNB.

I gave my work address in Rivonia, JHB for my cards to be delivered to and they were sent to Durban for some reason. Then, the cards came @ a later date so my proof of residence was no longer valid so I had to arrange another delivery and another proof of residence. Then, last Friday, the cheque card came through but the credit card was sent to Mpumalanga (no one knows why).

Then I wanted to activate my cheque card. The person who delivered said that I could do it online, that didn't work, so I phone the call centre, they said wait 3 hours then go physically deposit R100 into account to get it activated. The next morning I went to deposit @ Clear Waters mall, they sent me to ATM, ATM said "Card not activated" so I went to branch again, they said account not activated. Then call centre puts me through to MyBranch which is only available during Mon-Fri during working hours (why put me through then?). Now, today, Monday, credit card is supposed to arrive between 8 and 10, have called courier company 3 times with no feedback. I have meetings to go to and I'm now sitting around waiting for delivery.

I cannot take this phoning and running around any longer.
