Been effd around way too many times with one acc

Firstly I had to take leave to get my checque account at keywest, I get there and all the documents where there but the card was at woodmead branch I spent roughly 3 hours at keywest for them to do not much at all, they gave me a debit card and were able to transfer 1 debit order.
I went to woodmead to collect my cheque card and I was told the card isnt there, I topld the lady to look again and she found it.
The following day I attempted to purchase something with the card and it didnt work, I tried the debit card I was given and still didnt work, I went to the atm and both didnt work.
I phoned standard bank the following monday and they had forgotten to activate the account, after 3 hours in a branch they forget to activate it, the lady tells me the cards will work now, I didnt trust this statement so I tested the cards at a atm and surprise the cheque card didnt work, I phoned again and they said I have to go to the branch, at the branch they told me the card is faulty and order another one, I get a phonecall on monday to collect the card and when I get there the card wasnt there, it is tsitting at rivonia branch, now I have to wait another 7 days.
