The delivery of my credit card I applied for online has been a nightmare. The agents at FNB or Whoever delivers for them have failed me and made me feel like an.
I got a call TO WORK (TUESDAY) saying they would deliver it to my work address (on FRIDAY) after I specified I want it delivered to the closest branch.
I agreed to the work delivery then they never showed up and when I phoned in to ask about it they said I never answered their call to my CELLPHONE the MONDAY and gave no explanation why they never showed up the FRIDAY.
I then got a call the next TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY saying they are in the area of my house with the card, this was during works hours and I never changed the delivery destination.
I then phoned in again and asked them to change the delivery to the BRANCH again.
TUESDAY I got a call saying my card has been delivered to BRANCH and asking when I could pick it up. I said I can go during my lunch but I then went today because she told me to have proof of residence.
I went today and was told my card wasn't there. I feel like changing Banks after this stuff up. If this was a payment I missed they would have been swift to get their cash but no...
