I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from the branch and the card contact centre.
I migrated my credit card from blue to silver, received my silver card immediately, but when I went to the ATM, found that my card was not activated. I contacted the branch and they told me they are waiting for head office to activated it. I called the head office, they than said they have not received all documentation from the branch. Called the branch, they insisted that they have sent the documents to head office. I had to call a few times querying this. The branch told me that they sent the documents through 3 times. When I contacted the card call centre, I was told that my proof of residence was not good enough. Bear in mind, if I did not contact them, I would still be wondering what's going on with my card. No one contacted me to inform me there was a problem with my proof of residence. I than provided the branch with a valid proof of residence. I called the call centre to check my status of the card, they advised me that they have not received my new proof of residence. I called the branch, they told me that it was sent. This is so annoying as I'm not getting anywhere!
