This branch seems to always be under staffed. This morning I was one of 52 clients standing in the que. There were only 4 tellers open. Now this is the problem I have. You know it is going to be busy on the Monday morning after a month end weekend so why not have enough staff present?

I had to allocate 47 mins of my day waiting in a que. I am a business client and don't by any means expect better service than your private clients, all I expect is service plain and simple and this did not happen. This seems to be an ongoing problem at this branch.

The only person who showed some sense of urgency was Marie who helped manage the que and ushered clients along. Where was the branch manager? Marie is an asset to the branch so perhaps she should be promoted to branch manager?
