Admin fee charged - No-one knows why

I have had an issue with Absa for about 2 years now, where I've been charged an Admin fee with no good explanation why.

I've gone as far as downgrading my account from Platinum to a silver bundle, and stopped using the account for more than a month and I'm still being charged an Admin fee!

I'm supposed to pay around R79 for the bundle, but for some reason there is a R45 admin fee charged!?!?!

I've tried personal bankers, help lines, branch staff, etc... everyone has a different story, which confirms no-one knows what is actually going on!

Please help!
