RECURRING BAD SERVICES

I am totally disgusted with the service from Standard Bank Vereeniging Branch. I deposit my salary cheque into my account EVERY month with huge sticky notes (1 on the cheque, 1 on the deposit slip) to ask the teller to clear my cheque immediately as it is a SALARY CHEQUE. At first I was told this is a new account so it has to lay 7 days before its cleared - so I get paid on the last day of the month but HAVE TO wait for standard bank to CLEAR my SALARY cheque a further 7 days. I brought this up with management who apologised & promised that this will never occur again.
Here I am again, embarrased over the weekend at the mall because standard bank failed to clear my cheque.

If this bad service of me having to "beg" for my salary cheque to clear every month happens again - I might as well take my account elsewhere.

Totally dissapointed.
