I banked a salary cheque stipulating to the teller it needed to be specially cleared. Once I got home I noticed it was not reflecting as available in my account.
I contacted FNB and they said to go back to the grove branch and speak to the branch manager and they will be able to make the funds available.
I can only go the bank on a saturday. When I went to the bank this morning Tumelo said there is nothing they can do and did not even try to put me in touch with the branch manager.
I said how can this be if it is not my fault, I said to the teller banking the cheque it is a salary cheque and it needs special clearance.
Now I have to wait until next week Friday??
Bad Bad Bad service and then telephonically confirming if I go to bank it will be sorted and it is not wasted my time and more money.
