On the 20/01/2014 my wife deposits a salary cheque into my account. being a salary cheque i mail them my payslip. My wife explains to them this is my last salary cheque from this company. The teller said all is fine. this morning I get a call from Labelo stating she is the manager and that my cheque must lay 14 days. Because if it is your last salary cheque Capitec policy is that it now is a normal cheque. Asking her where she gets this bull she said I will call you back. When she does they are now scared the cheque bounces!!! Please man this is a McCarthy holdings cheque which belongs to Bidvest. Yesterday all is fine and set they just want the payslip to clear the cheque. Now today it is a different story!!! Do they now what is going on in the branch. I am glad to take my business alsewhere if i am not treated as a valued customer.
