TAKING DOUBLE PAYMENT?

Once again I am sitting with a Standard Bank problem!!! In January I struggled to get assistance with a Revolving credit Loan application. I was kindly assisted by Sherwin in the Complaints resolution department. The account was opened and I received the money and the payment went off in January no problem. Today I receive two sms's and two amounts have gone off my account. I had to speak to 4 different departments only to be told that two accounts are now open in my name and that is what the second amount is for. I never applied for the second loan and did not receive the money for the second loan although the payment is taken from my account? I need this sorted out as a matter of urgency!!!
