People, stay away from FNB. I had to escalate my issues to top level as all else failed and got nothing but empty promises. Even the PA of head of Homeloans (Diane) does not keep her own promises. I left a voicemail to follow up and had zero response too. When I tried to chase her she put the phone down the second I said my name. Unbelievable? Believe it.
