Struggle to get my money back!!!

My husband passed away... so I had to get the house loan payment to be deducted from my bank account. I have emails to proof, say I should make a manual payment, because it will not be in time to be debited from my account on the 25th of each month as I have asked. The problem with this, the first email that I have asked for the payment to go off my bank account was already sent on the 9th of that month. Si if they did there job in the first place, there would have not been a problem. Any way, so they asked me to make a manual payment for the month of May. Which I did (had to go to the bank and sort it out). I made the manual payment on the 29th of May. And to my surprise, a debit order went of on the 31st of May for the house?!

So double payment has been made to my home loan account. I asked for the one payment to be reversed and the money to be payed back to my account. I have struggle, for almost 3 weeks... if not more to get MY money back. I have sent numerous emails to different people I have gone into the bank AGAIN. Still NO PAYMENT was made.

This is a HUGE concern and I am very unsatisfied.

Please help me with this matter. It is a big amount of money, which is mine?!
