Standard bank is refusing to give me the bank statements of my revolving credit loan account. They say my file was handed to credit collectors. I had been paying standard bank (have proof of payment) but I can't verify some information since I was paying to a receipt account. I am disputing the amount the credit collectors says I am owing. How can standard bank hand over my file than refuse to account on my previous staytements. Surely they must have a record somewhere. I am now caught in between because credit collectors are only giving me the lump sum owed and there is no breakdown. My primary lender was standard bank and they should account to quiries related to my account.
