Freezing my account without notifying me

I have been banking with ABSA faithfully eversince i came to south africa in 2007. Over the years i have been notified to provide my latest study permit for which i did, last year in december, my account was suddenly freezed only to be told i needed to bring my proof of residence and later my permit. it was opened for a week and then was frozen again without notice. this time it was because someone captured the wrong date about the expiry of my permit. ABSA operated with impunity and denied me access to my money at a time i really needed it going home for the december holidays. It was then opened temporarily only to be opened again when i provided my permit. I was treated like a criminal and denied access to my saving yet they make profits from my money, i dont deserve this and i am really mad to this date.
