Debit order on my Birthday

On 10th December 2013 a Nedbank debit order went through my account where it already went through earlier in November and without my permission as far as I know taking money from someone without permission is?

Please correct me if I am wrong, otherwise SORT IT OUT AND REVERSE THE DEBIT ORDER IMMEDIATELY
