Frozen account again and again!!

I already wrote on here because Absa had frozen my account because my Work permit expired, and when I submitted my receipt for my pending new permit application, they assured me my account would be active the next day for 60 days, while I was waiting for my new permit. Then a week later it froze again with no warning and I had zero opportunity to get to a bank, so luckily complaining on hello peter got it sorted out, which took a few days. They said my account would re-activate until 28th July.

THEN a few days ago I found my account was frozen yet again, so managed to get to the bank, and had to submit my permit receipt again, and was told again that my account would be active from monday for 60 days. I even spoke to a manager about my previous problems and she said it should have lasted 60 days but the teller looked at my file and said they hadn't previously requested 60 days. So they assured me they'd make sure it was reactivated on monday and that it would be for 60 days.

Guess what... it's Wednesday and my account's still frozen. I have bills to pay in the next day or two. I'm extremely busy and can't get to the bank.

Who's not doing their job properly??? Not good enough!!!
