BLOCKED ACCOUNT AND NO ANSWERS

I OPENED AN ACC WITH A WORK PERMIT IN JAN 2009 WITH ABSA & HAD A QUOTA WORK PERMIT EXPIRING ON THE 30TH OF SEPT 2013.I RECENTLY ACQUIRED PERMANENT RESIDENCE & AN ID.SOON AFTER THE 30TH MY ACC WAS BLOCKED AND I VISITED THE BRANCH ON MORE THAN 3 OCCASSIONS TRYING TO UPDATE MY DETAILS & SINCE THEN IM BEING SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST.I FURNISHED THEM WITH ALL THE DOCUMENTS FROM HOME AFFAIRS & THEY SAID THEY WILL FAX THEM TO TEMP RES DEPT.SINCE THEN I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM NOR HAS MY ACC BEEN OPENED.IM IN LIMBO RIGHT NW AS I CANNOT ACCESS MY MONEY.PLEASE HELP.I DONT KNOW WHAT DO ANYMORE.
