Unfair treatment

I have a Nedbank Personal Loan. Due to circumstances, I missed my payment for February. On 13 Feb 2013, I spoke to Victor at the Collections Department, and made a payment arrangement. Today there was a double debit for my loan. I phoned the collections department, Spoke to Daniel. He was extremely, told me that the arrangement I made was not valid, etc. And he offered no solution to my problem. Now there is going to be other debit orders that is going to be returned unpaid. Who is going to stand in for all those costs? I think I need to take my business and loan to another bank, tat will give me much better service!
