Nedbank says no to my payment arrangement

On Wednesday 25/09/2013 I called the Nedbank call centre and spoke to a lady by the name of Candice from the Collections Department at 08:26.In June 2013, I made an arrangement to pay R500 on my personal loan I currently have with Nedbank which is due to the fact that I cannot afford to pay the initial installment I agreed on upon signing of the contract 3 years ago. On the morning of 25/09/2013 my debit order was reset to the original amount which was not what I had arranged for and when I spoke to Candice, she told me that Nedbank unfortunately cannot assist me with an arrangement going forward and that it was only for 3months and that is the policy. I am very confused, hurt & upset as to why a financial institution as big as Nedbank would not allow any payment arrangements from a customer, this is unheard of. As a loyal client to Nedbank, my circumstances and financial status have cleary changed hence I made the payment arrangement and was honest enough to say I can only afford to pay a certain amount as it is with in my financial means. As a result I had to reverse the debit order as I cannot cater for any other amount. I am very dissappinted and frustratred at this point in time.
