I was in contact with the collections department a few days ago and requested them to Debit the settlement amount of my personal loan off my bank account, because I want to pay it off.
They said not to worry, it will go off the following day (Tuesday 30/07/2013) and my normal debit order for my instalment wont go off.
Today is the 31st and the normal Monthly debit order went off and the settlement amount debit order was never done as requested.
When I phoned to query this, the feedback was it was never loaded and to hold on. When the lady came back, she said that she spoke to the gentlemen who helped me and according to him it was sent to finances.
What happened next is what aggravated me, the lady asked IF I HAD ENOUGH FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT FOR THE DEBIT ORDER TO GO THROUGH!!!
Where in your life will you find a person that makes an arrangement for a payment when there is no money in his account??? DO THEY TAKE ME FOR AN???
