I was in areas for one month for my personal loan and i called the collections department and made an arrangement to pay 1930 on the 25 of April 2013, on the 25 March nedbank deducted 1930 x3 and i called for a refund they said it will take 24 hours and in which i did not get all of it and i understood because i had money in areas but the problem is my debit order went through and i had no money and i had to pay the fees for unpaid debit order from my own pocket and 21 April i called nedbank collections they advised me my account is up to date and 25 April they double bedited my account and i called they said it will take 24 to 48 hours and today i have debit order that needs to be paid and they will be returned unpaid and i must be liable whereas its not my fault thats disgusting and poor service from nedbank im even considering moving to anther bank i had the worst service . and i spoke to leboketswi from collection it seems she said she will tell the its bad service im realy disappointed
