Re-schuduling of personal loan repayments

I have a personal loan with Nedbank and have been paying it for 1 year now. I have never missed an installment, however this year I had some financial problems. I called the Nedbank personal loans call centre requesting that they reschedule my loan repayments so that I pay less every month over a longer period of time. I do not want to make a 3 month arrangement because I know I will not be able to pay back the arreas. I would prefer it if my repayments were decreased to an affordable amount so that my account remains up to date. I have been transferred from one department to the next without any help. I keep getting different information from the callcentre agents, its as if they do not work for the same company. new business tell me to call the collections department & the collections departments send s me to customer service and back to New business. Can somebody with the right information please contact me. i am a paying customer and i would really appreciate it if Nedbank can help me.
