The worst service I've ever recieved

Last month I had a bit of financial issue and didn't pay my personal loan, I called Nedbank to may payment arrangements, the consultant accepted it an loaded it on the system, to my surprise a double debit was processed as soon as my salary came in, now why would I make an arrangement if I could afford a double debit??? I called in to query it, a gentlemen said he would send it for a refund so we can continue with the arrangement he gave me a turn around time of 3 to 7 days, so today I call to find out how far the request is, a gentlement who didn't even want to give his name said that there was no arrangement on the system. WOW how convienient coz I have to be refunded, its strange that the previous consultant I spoke to saw it and could even give me an amount, And Nedbank didn't even take time out of their busy day to call me or sms me the feedback. And this is the bank I bank with. I asked to speak to a manager and guess what? Thery were in a meeting, if I didn't need the money I wouldn't have made an arrangement, this is by far the worst treatement I've ever received!!!
