No commitment to resolving customer dispute

Payment arrangement made for maternity period of 5months due to no employer income. Account debited regardless of arranged payment made and then force debit made of R1100. I called in 5 Dec and team leader confirmed he needs to do a audit and will advise accordingly by 6 Dec 12:00
On the evening of the 5th I get a call from the collections department querying my next payment. I comfirmed that an audit needs to be done on my account and until further information is received I can not commit to any more payments. I still havent heard back from anyone in the nedbank loan collections with regards to my query or when the money that was force debited will be refunded. Ive been a client for 11 years and find that this kind of service is unacceptable.
