LAST MONTH I SKIPPED MY PAYMENT ON THE LOAN, AND THEY PHONED ME TO MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT AND I MADE AN ARRANGEMENT FOR THEM TO TAKE R2000 FOR THE NEXT COMING 3 MONTHS, THEY USUALLY DEBIT R1444.77 EVERY MONTH, AND TO MY SUPRISE THIS MORNING WHENT I WENT TO THE ATM TO WITHDRAW MONEY NEDBANK DEBITED TWO TIMES WHAT THEY USUALLY DEBIT, AND THE FUNNY THING IS I GOT AN SMS FROM THEM LAST WEEK ON THE 22ND REMINDING ME OF THE ARRANGEMENT MADE.I PHONED THEM THIS MORNING QUIRING ABOUT THE MONEY THEY DEBITED TWICE AND I WAS TOLD THAT MY ACCOUNT IST STILL NEW AND THEY CANT REFUND ME, I FEEL ITS UNFAIR BECAUSE I ALREADY MADE MY BUDGET FOR THE MONTH.
