Payment arrangement Changed without my consent

Since August 2010 I went onto Debt Review. My Debt Councillors made the necessary arrangements with Nedbank to pay a certain amount that was agreed upon by all parties. The payment went off as normall for the first couple of months & then all of a sudden Nedbank decided to do their own thing & cancel the Review process without anybodys knowledge. Then in May 2012 I withdrew from Debt Review as Nedbank has messed up the whole process. I then spoke to their Collection Department to make a payment arrangement via Debit Order on the 25th of each month for R 1 000.00 which was areed. Since 25th June 2012 my Debit Orders for R 1 000.00 was going off smoothly, BUT now once again for the payment for 25th January 2013 Nedbank now feels that they can go ahead & do there own thing without my consent & cancel the Debit Order & now Decide to Debit me their own amounts. I want this payment arrangement back to R 1 000.00 as it always was to run off via Debit Order. I will be taking this futher with the Ombudsman if this is not sorted out.
