This is now seriously getting ridiculous! This is my second complaint I am now laying against Standard Bank Home Loans on Hello Peter! I have applied for a second bond on my home loan in November. After phoning numerous times I had to find out they just cancelled the application. Application was said to be re-opened in January. Once again it is almost March and still I have had no response from Standard Bank whatsoever. It would be highly appreciated if someone of competence can contact me as soon as possible to resolve this matter! I am now getting to a stage where I am quite fed-up with the lack of support or feedback from Standard Bank. I am expecting an answer. Please don't entertain me with your standard copy and paste responses!
